Fee Structure

A brief overview of how our cases are billed.

Flat Fees
Flat fees are available in criminal and DUI cases and some routine civil matters.

Hourly Fees
Hourly fees are charged for most civil litigation and general advice matters.

Contingency Fees
Contingency fees are available in all personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability and wrongful death cases. Contingent fees are also available in workers’ compensation claims. A contingency fee is based on a percentage of the damages awarded in your case. If there are no damages awarded, you owe no attorney fees in your case. The State Bar of Georgia requires that the client remain responsible for case expenses.
